Xiaomi Poco F1 - The Bahubali of Indian smartphone market

       The Chinese smartphone giant Xiaomi launched a new sub-brand named Pocophone in August '18. The motive to launch the new sub-brand is to compete the premium level smartphones in Indian market.

             The smartphone went for its first sale in the Indian market via Flipkart on 29th of August '18. And it was a record. According to the Twitter page of Poco F1, they sold more than 68K units in just 5 minutes on the opening day which crossed 200+ crores of Indian rupees of income. This shows the craze of the smartphone among the fans.

       Coming to the quick specs, the smartphone has a 6.18 inches IPS LCD display with 18.7:9 aspect ratio and a notch above. The pixel count is 2246x1080 with 403 ppi pixel density and 82.2% screen to body ratio. The phone has a gorilla glass protection but it is quite old we'd say as it comes with the Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

       In the performance department, it carries the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with Adreno 630 GPU, which the highest possible hardware combo till now. The phone runs on MIUI 9 (with Poco customization) OS based on Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box. As the OS is well optimized, the users must not have any lagging issue while using it.

       The Poco F1 comes to the market with three different options in the ram and storage department. The base variant is with6 GB of Ram and 64 GB of storage with a price tag of Rs. 20,999/- , which is lowest than any other smartphone. The other variants are with 6/64 and 8/256 GB of Ram and storage options which are priced at Rs. 23,999/- and Rs. 28,999/- respectively. Three variants are cheapest than any other smartphone which provides the sd845. That's where Poco F1 becomes the king.
       In the camera department, it provides 12+5 megapixel dual rear camera with bokeh mode with f/1.9 and f/2.0 aperture respectively and a 20-megapixel front shooter with 2.0 aperture which look quite impressive in low light conditions. The rear camera has a dual led flash. The pixel size of the rear cameras are 1.4µm and 1.12µm and the front camera has .9µm pixel size.
       The other major specs are the 4000 maH Li-po battery, the liquid cooling technology, Bluetooth 5.0, Dual-band Wi-Fi, USB Type-c
Port with Qualcomm quick charge 3.0 support, infrared face recognition, and fingerprint sensor at the back.
